b) We do not cancel subscription and offer refund to a course once bought, kindly check all details and also preview videos before you buy a course

c) In case you paid us twice for a course do write to us immediately at hello@trinn.co

d) In case you haven't got the access to the course for which you have paid for due to some technical issue, please do write to us at hello@trinn.co immediately

e) We will try our best to offer you the best user experience. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payments made through a payment gateway, payment refunds will be made to the same account.
